Important information to the 'American Eagle Warpaint' - design (image below): This design is often published on the internet with different copyrights. This image was not designed in the year 2001 after 9/11 as everybody believes and claims, it was designed in the year 2000 to express my positive feelings for the USA and the symbol of freedom 'the Bald Eagle' and became later a common symbol for 9/11. I know that different people claim the copyrights for this design wrongly. I have no problems with this, because I can prove everybody and any authority with my created files from the year 2000 the origin of this image. In addition the copyright status of this design was already confirmed in the year 2000 by german and european authorities. I have always supported people, who have asked for a permission using the american eagle design since 9/11 for non-commerical, privat, charity purposes as well as for veterans, US police and US troops etc. and I will continue to do so. G.O.
